Wildly Delicious Southern Whiskey & Cracked Pepper BBQ Sauce

Season your choice of pork ribs with salt & pepper, baste generously with this sauce, wrap in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until fork tender. Unwrap, baste with more sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
