Thank you for your interest in Living Local Marketplace. Alongside an array of artisans and small businesses from across the province, I am excited to introduce a new way to live and love local. 

My name is Alicia Doris, and I am the founder of Living Local.

Living Local showcases and supports artisans and small businesses in Peterborough & The Kawarthas, the place I proudly call “home”. It started in 2020 as a passion project, an initiative to support those immediately impacted by the pandemic. Today, this gift box business is burgeoning, and its mission is more important than ever.

With goods and products curated from across Canada, we're reaching a little further, and connecting with individuals, families, and communities across the country. There are so many exceptional entrepreneurs out there, and they have so much to offer right here at home. In turn, we're bringing you lovely, local products from my backyard and from across Canada.

These offerings, and a storefront in Lakefield, Ontario, have come together as Living Local Marketplace. 

Watch for an ever-evolving selection of bath and body, gourmet goods, jewellery, clothing and accessories, and products for babies and children, and for your home.
