Making pasta since 2015, we strive to bring the best quality ingredients together with traditional pasta making techniques. That means using Western Canadian durum semolina and pressing it through bronze dies to create a pasta with great flavour and texture. We hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy making it.
