This pancake mix is truly a product of Northwestern Ontario.

Canada West teamed up with Jeff from Brule Creek Farms, Northwestern Ontario's only flour mill, to combine its maple sugar with his grown and milled hard red spring wheat flour.

These traditional pancakes would be at home in a 1920's lumber camp in the Dog River-Matawin Forest, on your next canoe trip to the backcountry, or on your dining room table on a wintery Sunday morning to feed your hungry kiddos.
