Hand selected almonds are soaked in a salt water brine for several hours before being roasted, to achieve their salty crust, then embedded into 48% milk chocolate.

Ingredients: Cocoa nibs, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk powder, organic cocoa butter, almonds, sea salt
