Pure Maple Sugar

This maple sugar is made from the slow boiling and mixing of 100% pure Northern Ontario maple syrup. Water is boiled out of the syrup until only the fine grains of natural sugar remain.

Add maple sugar to your tea or your baking for a pleasant maple flavour. Other delicious uses include rubs for cedar plank salmon and ribs, or to dress your favourite roasted vegetables.
